During the month of August, the following work was completed: Elevator State Certified punchlist is progressing and the North Basketball Court Grading/Asphalt. Final striping of the new parking lot will be completed early September.
During the month of July, the following work was completed: Elevator Pre-test passed, FA Final test, HVAC Commissioning/TAB, 2nd Floor Casework, Grinding/Staining Concrete Flooring, Paint Rails, Fire Extinguishers, 2nd Floor Balcony Traffic Coating, Door Hardware, Dedication Plaque, Joint/Caulking, Move-in, Asphalt, Site Concrete Flatwork, Shade Structure Assembly/CMU, Pour concrete tables under Shade Structure, Ornamental Fence Posts, Fire Hydrant/PIV test, Bollards, South Basketball Courts Asphalt, Basketball Hoops, North Basketball Court Grub, Student Gathering Plaza Concrete, Mini Shade/Trellis Install.
During the month of June, the following work was completed: Elevator and Machine Room connections, Electrical Power/Energize, HVAC Start-up, 2nd Floor Window Glazing, Drop Ceiling Tiles, Markerboards, Fire Extinguishers, Grind/Stain/Polish Concrete-Start, Pour 2nd Floor Balcony Lightweight Concrete, Rough Grade Fire Lane, Elevator Finish Plaster/Remove Scaffold, Finish Exterior Painting-Rails, FA Test, Shade Structure Footing OX, South Basketball Courts Asphalt Demo/new multisport surface prep and Student Gathering Plaza Fine Grade.
During the month of May, the following work was completed: the installation of the elevator tower and machine room, electrical pull wires, HVAC rooftop units, the 1st floor window glazing, the 1st floor cabinets, the 1st floor doors and hardware were installed, the 2nd floor lightweight concrete pour, the rough grade on the North and East side, the elevator set scaffold and lath/paper, the exterior painting, and the student gathering plaza survey.
During the month of April, the following work was completed and intalled: The T-Bar, the glazing on the 1st floor, the west-building paper/lath/plaster (scratch/brown) was intalled, the north/south/east brown coat and plaster finish color coat was done, the drop scaffold of north/south/east, the temporary power for the trailers was disconected, the district containers were relocated, the demobilizing of the TCC and IOR trailer, the demolition of the remaining asphalt and concrete, the switchgear was delivered and installed, the concrete for the SCE wall was poured, and the CMU blocks for the SCE wall were installed.
During the month of March, the following work was completed: The drywall/tape/mud/sand has been set, the stair handrails have been installed, the first coat of paint has been applied to interior walls, the scaffolding has been set, the east/north/south-building paper/lath/plaster (scratch/brown) has been set, the exterior breezeway wall/soffit plywood sheathing/waterproofing has been complet, exterior guardrails have been installed, the exterior shaft sheathing has been finished, the MEP overhead rough-in, the aluminum window frames have been installed, the roof drains have been installed, the 2nd floor HVAC ductwork has been installed, the roof HVAC curbs have been installed, the elevator machine room SOG has been installed, and the electrical pull wires have been installed.
During the month of February, the following work was completed: Roof Framing Wood, Roof Sheathing, Balcony/Deck Framing/Sheathing, Roofing Dried-in, CMU Columns, 2nd Floor Door Frames, Steel Stairs #1/#2, Aluminum Window Frames, 2nd Floor Fire Sprinkler Rough-in/Branches, 2nd Floor Elect/Plumbing Rough-in Walls/Ceilings, Roof Drains, Roof MEP penetrations, Seal/Membrane Window Openings, HVAC Roof Curbs, Poured Concrete at column/diamonds, Form/Rebar Elevator Machine Rm Pad, Electrical Switchgear to Main Service (Bldg A)-Route/Core Conduits (CO), Elect Equipment Concrete Pads.
During the month of January, the following work was completed: 2nd Floor Wood Frame Walls, Grout Steel Columns, 2nd Floor Set Glu-lam Beams, 1st Floor Door Frames, 1st Floor Set Stair Stringers, 1st Floor Fire Sprinkler Rough-in/Branches, 1st Floor Elect/Plumbing Rough-in, Stair #1/#2 Insulation.
During the month of November, the following work was completed: Excavate new bldg./elevator pit footings, rebar/form new bldg. footings, set anchor bolts/embeds/hold downs, sleeves for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) at new building footings, pour new building footings, MEP under slab rough-in, rebar, start sand/vapor barrier, remove forms, remove existing SCE east transformer, demo/OX/dig/rebar/form at SCE removed transformer area (work around), obtained SCE Final Design and dig/set main service SCE pad/vault, bore/trench UG electrical, prep for Slab on grade pour, receive and store roof membrane/densdeck board, UG trench/conduits for site lighting, FA conduits at existing Bldgs A,D,G,J,K.
During the month of October, the following work was completed: UG utilities pot holing, investigation, safe off, relocate fire hydrant, survey, demo 8 portables, temp power/data Restrooms (Bldg J), MPR (Bldg G), follow up with SCE for final design and transformer removal. Continued to work on underground utilities and over excavation for new building.
