During the month of July, the following work was completed: Commissioning, Floor Wall Base, Traffic Coating, Install Mulch, and Concrete Flatwork
During the month of June, the following work was completed: Pour stair pans and landing, test air and balance, elevator pre-inspection, FA testing, signage, LV/data/AV testing, grind and polish classroom floors, traffic coating, adjust repair irrigation system, soil amendment and preparation, plant trees and shrubs.
During the month of May, the following work was completed: Projectors and projection screen installation, tackable wall panel installation, doors and hardware, markerboards, casework installation, floor wall base installation, plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, set gear and building energization, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drops to ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, 2nd floor lightweight concrete pour, balcony deck pour, asphalt shingles installation, exterior painting, Victoria ramp concrete pour, install fence post and gate, install window glass and sidelite.
During the month of April, the following work was completed: Plaster scratch coat, plaster brown coat, remove scaffolding, louvers installation, 1st and 2nd coats of paint, ceiling grid installation, Victoria ramp demo and grading, Victoria ramp footing pour.
During the month of March, the following work was completed: Paper and lath building, Parapet ladder installation, flashing for plaster, Erect scaffolding, Stair railing, structural/mechanical/electrical demo for added door, framing demo and reframing for added door, ADA ramp surveying and grading, CMU and grout columns, drywall 2nd side and perimeter walls. Commence the added walkway at the South end of campus.
During the month of February, the following work was completed: 1st floor MEP installation, 2nd floor MEP installation, set HVAC equipment, plant trees and sod, window frames installation, wall insulation installation, ceiling insulation, frame hard lids, landscaping punch-list items, top out gyp. board/tape priority walls 1st and 2nd floor, hollow-metal frame installation, drywall one side wall.
During the month of January, the following work was completed: 1st floor MEP rough-in, 2nd floor MEP rough-in, 2nd floor perimeter sheathing and shear, erect stairs, roof sheathing, set HVAC equipment curbs, MEP roof penetration, roof hatch install, 1st floor grind and polish classroom floors, plant trees and shrubs.
During the month of December, the following work was completed: Perimeter framing 2nd floor, 2nd floor interior framing, roof joist and glulam, 1st floor MEP rough-in, pour landscaping mow-curbs, install sunshades/weld.
During the month of November, the following work was completed: 1st floor perimeter framing, 2nd floor joist and glu-lams, 2nd floor deck sheathing, lower portables asphalt seal coat, pour monument sign.
During the month of October, the following work was completed: pour slab on grade, form and install rebar for elevator footings, pour elevator pit walls, set the structural steel columns, layout building framing. Where the lower portables were we completed asphalt patchback, pour monument sign footings along Rochester Ave, install fence posts and concrete at south walkway.
During the month of September, the following work was completed: Excavate elevator pit, form the footings and set rebar for footings. We poured all the building footings and set structural steel columns.
This addition to Rancho Cucamonga High School includes a two-story wood framed classroom building with a two-story elevator tower and accompanying site improvements.
