Rancho Cucamonga High School Bldg P & Cooling Tower Progress Report Through 3/31/24
During the month of March, the following items were completed for Building P: Installation of the Windows, Installation of the Weather Barrier, Erected Scaffold, Glass Installation, Prime and 1st Coat of Paint, Ceiling Grid Installed, MEP Drops to Grid, Installation of the HVAC Units, Restroom Plumbing Fixtures, and Site Signage. The RCHS Cooling tower was completed in March. The project finalized the last change and the balance of the Owner Training for Water Treatment.

During the month of February, the following was completed for Building P: Installation of the Top Truss Chords changes was completed along with the Window Mock-Up, CMU at Windows, Gutters, Doors, Door Hardware, and Tile in the Restrooms. The following was completed for the Cooling Tower: Punch List items, Water Treatment, Extension of Flue Pipe, and Re-pipe of Coper Line for Air Separator.

During the month of January, the following was completed for Building P: Roof and Soffit Framing, Plumbing Over Head & Wall Rough In, Electrical Over Head Rough In, Top Out Gypsum Board, Install Electrical Panels, Install Hollow Metal Frames, Install Roof Shingles, and Install Light Cans at Soffit. The following was completed for the Cooling Tower: Water Treatment and Cooling Tower Training

During the month of December, the following was completed for Building P: electrical rough in, blocking/backing install, install exterior signage, waterproofing roof. The following was completed for the Cooling Tower: install partial structural steel supports, punch list corrections, pump strainer installation, water treatment, final clean, and substantial completion.

During the month of November, the following was completed for Building P: floor sheathing install, frame exterior walls, frame interior walls, electrical rough in, blocking/backing install, frame hard lids, demo hardscape, AC patch back and pour site work. The following was completed for the Cooling Tower: install graphics & program controls, chemical treat system, start up equipment, test & commission equipment, insulate pipes, generate punch list, and substantial completion.

During the month of October, the following was completed for Building P: ash & soot removal, floor insulation, floor sheathing, and adjustment of existing walls. The following was completed for the Cooling Tower: rough-in electrical, installation of mechanical misc. piping and accessories, unit piping, installation of mechanical controls, and electrical equipment.

During the month of September, the following was completed for Building P: the resume ash & soot removal, truss showing, additional demolition, plumbing underground. The following was completed for the Cooling Tower: excavate footings & compact bottom, set forms & install rebar/dowels, pour concrete mat & cure time, install cooling tower, install mechanical equipment, and rough-in underground electrical.
Rancho Cucamonga High School Bldg P & Cooling Tower Progress Report Through 08/31/23
During the month of August, the following occurred: For Building P, the structural review for exterior soffits and truss was completed and additional cleaning remediations were provided. For the Cooling Tower, equipment was demoed and removed, a GPR Scan Hardscape was completed, and the layout concrete mat pads & demo of the hardscape was completed.

During the month of July, the following occurred: For Building P, the exterior cleaning of the soffits continued, and the delivery of all wood members arrived onsite. For the Cooling Tower, the temporary fencing and temporary power have been installed.
