MPR epoxy flooring is complete. The preliminary Health Inspection is complete. Kitchen equipment installation began. The countertops are being installed. Coordination with Health Department continues through the month.

MPR: This month's focus was on finishes with completion of the acoustical ceiling grid, translucent panels, tectum panels, and the acoustical ceiling tiles have been installed. The walls have the FRP install, the floor grinding has occurred at the kitchen, and epoxy has begun.
Etiwanda High School Building J & MPR Project Progress Report Through 4/30/21
The MPR building is continuing with the completion of the drywall at the vaulted ceiling. Primer and 1st coat of paint at the ceilings and walls is complete. The linear light fixtures above the traslucent panels were installed. The walk-in cooler & freezer were set. The main dining area had the scaffold removed this month.

MPR: Installed a new air condition at the Snack bar. Completed drywall installation at the kitchen area. Performed hydro of the Fire Sprinkler Line. Poured back flatwork between MPR and Building H. Bldg. J: Turned over the Classroom building back to the site after completing the punchlist walk. Additionally replaced some concrete at the building J around the exterior. Site: Slurry Coat and striping of J phase 2 parking lot ADA stalls occured. Installed the wheel stops and signage. Made adjustments to ADA parking stalls at the Admin Parking area.

MPR: The roofing patch required for the new HVAC units occurred and the the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection continued at the high ceiling. At the mail level, the tile patch to accommodate the new ADA requirements in the restroom was completed on the walls and floor allowing for the start of the epoxy coating. Bldg. J: Completed epoxy counter tops at the labs and work throug the finish coat of paint. The polished concrete floors progressed this month. The specialties were installed to include the signage, toilet partitions and accessories allowing for final clean to be completed. Out in the parking lot the paving for this current phase was completed and striped allowing for the opening up of additional parking spaces in the East lot.

MPR: The scaffold erection was completed. Paralams were installed, AC -13 was removed and the curb for new unit was installed. Wall framing occurred and restroom overhead was completed. Bldg. J: Lab Casework installation occurred. The classroom ceiling lights were terminated and ceiling tiles were dropped. Site: Asphalt slurry coat and striping was installed at the East parking lot, Phase 1. Trailer relocation occurred. Phase 1 of Parking lot was turned over to the campus on 1/15/21 for use.

MPR: Completed new underground electrical pathways and conduit installation. Grading activities resumed. Underground waste and electrical lines were installed. Slab on grade concrete was poured this month. Bldg. J: Standard classroom casework completed. Preparations for the new windows was completed this month. The required power shutdown occurred for the replacement of new electrical equipment occurred this month and the removal of the existing wall in the restroom was also completed, required to modify the restrooms.

MPR: Completed new conduit pathways. Pulled new wires and tied into existing transformer for kitchen. Continued with framing at the restrooms. Grading complete at kitchen. CMU infills completed. Bldg. J: Level 1 casework complete. Adjusted new ceiling grid layout. Tack board and marker board installation began. Drywall texturing of the walls was completed and painted 1st coat in classroom. Parking lot paving was completed this month.

MPR: Hand digging for new electrical pathways was has progressed well this month. Wire was released and ordered. Restroom Underground plumbing was installed. Bldg. J: Pony wall framing and backing was completed. Electrical and Plumbing rough-in is completed. Drywall installation is complete at level 1 and progressing up at level 2. Classroom casework deliveries began at the end of the month. Parking lot area outside the existing trailers is graded and light pole bases were poured.

MPR: Interior Concrete Demolition began 9.2.20 with demo of MPR stage and ramp. Restroom tile demo and plumbing rough is complete. Walkpath between MPR and Bldg E was poured. Bldg. J: Pony wall framing began. Electrical rough-in installed. Plumbing rough-in for restrooms and labs installed. Infiltration system completely installed. Parking lot pulverizing is complete.

MPR: Construction began this month with site demolition of the walkway between MPR and Bldg. E. Post Indicator Valve for Fire Water and site utilities were installed. Interior soft demolition is complete. Bldg. J: Construction began this month with interior demolition. Flooring is removed, markerboards and drywall demolition has occurred. Framing of low walls has begun.
