Under decking structural steel support for HVAC unit curbs installed.

Bldg. E: The aluminum window frames and glass have been installed. The audio/ visual equipment have been installed. The temp doors and hardware have been installed. The final clean was performed. The ire alarm was tested and passed. The owner moved in. Bldg. K: The acoustic casework has been installed. The doors and hardware have been installed. The fire alarms have been installed, tested, and passed. The final cleaning was performed. The owner moved in. Bldg A (Offices): The electrical and fire alarms have been safed-off. The temporary divider wall hase been installed in corridor. Walls and ceiling tiles have been demo'd.

Bldg. E: Installed markerboards in classrooms. Installed storefront systems in classrooms. Repaired damaged roof drain. Flooring final was grinded and sealed. Bldg. K: Installed new supply and return registers. Installed markerboards. Acoustical wall and ceiling panels were installed in band, percussion, and ensemble rooms. Installed new lights. Floor tile was installed in restrooms. New plumbing fixtures, partitions, and accessories were installed in restrooms.

Primer and first coat of paint were applied on walls. Tile was installed on bathroom walls. Began light installation.

Bldg. E: This month the progress includes the reframing of the storefront wall furrings. Hollow metal frames were installed in the offices. Drywall was installed and has been taped with joint compound applied. The roof opening for the heat pump (HP-3) was removed and covered for weatherproofing. Bldg. K: The progress continued concurrently with the installation of the new ductwork. Low voltage cabling was pulled through the conduit. The roof opening for the heat pump (HP-5) was demoed and covered for weatherproofing. The door frames were installed. Drywall and insulation were installed. Tile backer for the restroom was installed.
