Chaffey High School Project Progress Report Through 5/31/22
The panter areas in the North Quad are continuing to be upgraded. In Buildings AA & AB, the final punchlist is in progress with the contractors. For the futsal court, the plastering and painting of the north, east, and south walls of the court have been completed. The futstal court surfacing and striping have been completed.

The North & South Quads have been turned over to the site and are being used by students. In Restroom Building AA, the finishes are being completed. The fire alarms and low-voltage have been installed. The exterior ramp on the west side of Building AA and thflatwork on the north side of beBuilding AA have been poured. The chainlink fencing on the west side of building AA has been installed. In Restroom Building AB, the finishes are being completed and installed. The fire alarm and low-voltage have been installed. The ornamental gates and fencing adjacent to building AB have been installed. For the futsal fourt, the concrete curing is required prior to installing futsal court surfacing and striping. The columns on the north side of the court have been plastered, and ornamental fencing and gates have been installed. The north, east, and south walls of the court have been plastered.

In the North Quad, the irrigation and landscape have been installed. The flatwork caulking is complete. The handrails and guardrails have been installed. In Building restroom AB, the coping cap has been installed. The finishes have been installed. The exterior of building is painted. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing finishes are currently ongoing. In Building restroom AA, the coping cap has been installed. The tile grouting has been completed. The plumbing finishes have been installed. The toilet partitions and accessories are being installed. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing finishes are currently ongoing. The exterior ramp on the west side of building AA is ready to be poured. For the futsal court, the concrete is complete. The 60-day cure has started, prior to installing the futsal court surfacing.

In the North Quad, the flatwork has been completed. The fence panels and light poles have been installed. The irrigation and fine grading is on going. In Restroom Building AB, the ceramic tile has been installed. The roofing has been completed in the building, minus the coping cap. The istallation of finishes in restrooms and the installation of the drinking fountains are on going. In Restroom Building AA, the ceramic tile has been installed. The tile grout is being finished. The roofing has been completed in building, minus the coping cap. The istallation of finishes in restrooms and the installation of the drinking fountains are on going. We are prepping for the flatwork around the building.For the futsal court, the vapor barrier and aggregae base were installed. We are currently installing rebar for flatork.

The 4th and final phase of the shade shelters has been completed. Flatwork is ongoing in the North Quad. Fence panels are currently being installed. We began pouring light pole footings. Restroom Building AB - Drywall and ceramic tile is being installed. Roofing has been completed in building, minus the coping cap. Plaster at exterior of building has been completed. Restroom Building AA - Drywall, wall plumbing, and light fixtures are being installed. Roofing has been completed in building AA, minus the coping cap. Roofing has been completed in building, minus the coping cap. Plaster at exterior of building has been completed. Sports lighting has been completed in the futsal court.

The 4th and final phase of the shade shelters are being installed currently. Flatwork has started in the North Quad. All fence posts have been installed. Light pole footings are being dug. The interior framing and exterior plaster work is currently being worked on for building AB. Roofing has been completed in building AB, minus the coping cap. The slab was poured for building AA and steel and metal decking have been completed. The interior framing is starting for building AA. Installation of sports lighting has started at the futsal court. The south quad shade structures have been completed.

The fourth and final phase of the shade shelters is currently being installed. The demo of the north quad is complete. Irrigation installation has started. Fence post footings are currently being installed. Light poles are currently being excavated. The slab was poured for the AB building and the steel and metal decking were installed. The exterior flatwork was poured. The interior framing and exterior plaster work is currently being worked on. The AA building foundations were poured and the CMU was completed. The interior underground and interior slab work is currently being worked on.
Chaffey High School Project Progress Report Through 10/31/21
The south quad was turned over to the district this month. The first phase of the shade shelters in the south quad complete. The electrical switch over for the new electrical room was completed, the old electrical room was demolished and the foundation has started for the remaining portion of building AA. The AB building CMU is complete and the slab is being poured.

The center of the south quad concrete is 90% complete. The landscaping is complete south quad. The shade shelters will be showing up shortly. The foundation was poured for the restroom building and masonry has started. The electrical room walls and roof are complete for court building restrooms. The electrical room is currently being relocated.

The perimeter concrete in the south quad was completed and caulked. Landscaping on the perimeter is complete with the exception of the sod near the stage. Fence panels around the large oak trees were installed. The shade shelter footings are being dug and poured. The building AA and AB foundations started. CMU will begin on building AA & AB.

The perimeter concrete all around the south quad is on schedule to complete prior to students coming back for the Fall. Landscape irrigation and landscaping is being installed in the areas that will be turned over. Trash enclosure footings and masonry walls have been poured. Building AA electrical underground is complete and plumbing underground is complete. Moving forward with footings at both building AA and AB.

The demolition of the south quad is complete. All raised planters have been poured. Rough and finish grading is complete. The fire road curbs have been poured. Concrete flatwork has started on the perimemter. The storm drain lines are progressing this month. The underground electrical is being installed to the light poles. The pool is almost filled in with dirt. The sewer line under the restroom building is being relocated.

Storm drain lines were put in at the south quad. The pool and existing pool equipment building demolition is complete and the old pool area is currently being backfilled with soil. The new restroom building's rough grade is complete and footings will start early next month. Demolition of the south quad perimeter started after school got out and we are reworking sidewalks and building tie ins.

The demolition of the south quad has started. Rough grading and overexcavation of the new structures is taking place. The old locker room south of the old pool has been demolished and rough grading is taking place. We are currently re-routing utilities around the old pool equipment building. We are demolishing the old pool and old pool equipment building. We removed the old tile from the roof over the snack bar east of the old pool and are getting ready for the new roof install.
