The electrical relocation portion of the project required to start the demolision finished first week of September.  The power was successfully transferred to the new electrical room.  Demolition began on the shade structures in the quad.  The plumber has mobilized onsite to begin cutting and capping existing lines and start the utility relocation activity.

The storm drain, water and gas line in front of the new gym have been re-routed out of the way of the new building.  The fire water line on the back fire road has been installed and the Fire Department Connections has been installed and backfilled.  The existing gymnasium bathrooms have been demolished.  The gymnasium bleachers, basketball hoops and wood floor have been demolished.  The roof is currently being demolished.

The roof demolition is complete and rubble is almost complete from being removed.  The south wall is 80% demolished.  All MEP systems have been demolished from the interior of the gym.The gas line has been rerouted out of the gym and over to the small gym.  The back road asphalt patch is complete where the new fire water and electrical was placed.

The south wall of the existing gym is completely demolished.  All rubble has been removed from the jobsite.  The new pad is graded and certified with the rain days.  The underground sewer lines in the boys locker room are complete.  The fire hydrants are installed in the east parking lot and they are workinng on backfill.

The footings for the new gym walls have been poured. The electrical conduit under the slab were installed.  The slab on grade for the new gym has been poured.  The concrete tilt up walls have been formed and rebar has been placed in the form work.  Structural steel is currently being fabricated for the gym.

The tilt up walls were formed and poured.  The walls were craned into place.  The rebar is currently being placed in the stitch columns and they are being closed up with form work.  New columns are being placed under the existing girders.

Concrete stitch columns were poured and stripped.  Structural steel members were received and hung.  Iron workers continue to bolt and weld up the members to the structure.  Grading is taking place on the outside of the building for the rooms on the east and west sides.  Electrical contractor mobilized to begin underground in the gang restrooms west of the locker rooms.  The new small gym HVAC units were replaced on the small gymnasium.

General fit up and welding of the structural steel is complete.  Metal decking is complete on the high roof. Underground utility work is complete for the rooms on the east and west of the gym. The footings for these rooms is dug and rebar is currently being installed. Demolition in the locker rooms has started.

The footings for the east and west rooms were poured. The CMU walls are progressing this month. The HVAC roof curbs have been installed. Deck inserts are complete. All overhead utilities are currently being installed in the gymnasium. The overhead sprinkler lines in the locker room are near completion. The demolition of the west classroom is complete.

The CMU walls on the east and west are complete.  The structural steel was installed at the CMU.  The roofing on the main gym started and completed.  Sprinkler lines in the locker rooms are complete and the plaster is patched back.  The structural steel beam in the west classroom is complete and fireproofing in the classroom and wood shop is complete.  Overhead utilities are 90% complete.  The locker room roof curbs were installed.  The new boys and girls restroom slab was poured.  The HVAC units for the main gym and boys locker room were installed.

The gym equipment in the gym was installed and completed.  The wood flooring is starting.  The restroom tile was installed and complete.  The restroom finishes are starting.  The lobby corridor drywall was hung, taped and complete.  Paint is starting.  The exterior concrete is poured and complete.  The exterior railings were measured and being fabricated.

The wood floor finish is completed.  The storefront system is complete.  The ramp and stair handrails are complete. Punchlist and fire alarm work is taking place. The project is substantially complete.

This Project was separated into multiple sections: Quad Area Phase 1, Quad Area Phase 2, New Pool Area, Stadium/Site/New Fields, and the Existing Varsity Baseball Fields.
 
General: Tilden-Coil Constructors mobilized in November and setup all trailers and temporary power for the site. All utility lines safe-off was complete, temporary fence was installed and SWPPP measurements were all in place. During the month of December Tilden-Coil Constructors performed grading with main utility installation at roadway completed.
 
Phase 1 Quad: Demolition of all flatwork, pool equipment building, and existing pools is completed. The backfill and rough grade of the existing pools is complete and the storm drain has been completely installed.
 
Phase 2 Quad: Work is scheduled to start after school is out.
 
New Pool: The survey and mass excavation of the pool has started and is in progress. Rain events have delayed the job in progress.
 
Existing Varsity Field: The temp water line was installed and completed so that existing water line could be removed and demo during excavation.
 
Stadium/Site: Started the rough grade of the site and exported over 18,000cy of dirt to the 7th street site. The main electrical line and part of the main gas line was installed at the west parking lot. The grading was delayed due to rain.

This Project was separated into multiple sections (Quad Area Phase 1, Quad Area Phase 2, New Pool Area, Stadium/Site/New Fields, and the Existing Varsity Baseball Fields)based on the job baseline schedule.
 
General: The progress for the new pool is on schedule well and the first health inspection was a success. The overall job is opening up for more trades now that the building pads are certified and the precise grading has been completed. Some of the major utilities have been installed and the shade structure footings for the 1st phase of the quad were completed.
 
Phase 1 Quad: Completed all demolition, rough graded area, install irrigation lines, storm drain and electrical. All footings for the shade structures was installed.
 
New Pool: The pool is shaped and rebar for the pool bottom and side is being installed. The health inspector for the pool visited the site and signed off all pipe and pool bottoms.
 
Stadium/Site: The site is completely fine graded. The main sewer line has been installed. Footings for the walls ( 450Lf ) surrounding the pool have been completed, the footings for Bldg. M (Visitor bldg.) is completed, the grounds bldg. pad was certified, main plumbing to bldg. and M is completed.

Quad Stage area

General: The new pool is currently tracking ahead of original schedule. The buildings are progressing well and the sitework is progressing. The main irrigation lines are being installed currently and the other site utilities are still progressing. The push over the next month is to complete concrete building pads and start forming building walls.
 
Phase 1 Quad: Started forming the stage area in preparation to pour concrete.
 
New Pool: The pool bottom is poured and all rough electrical and plumbing has been installed. The pool walls were formed. The CMU walls around the pool enclosure are complete with the vertical post for the ornamental fence.
 
Stadium/Site: Site electrical, plumbing and main irrigation lines are progressing. The footings for the retaining wall at the practice and varsity softball fields are complete. The footings and the 1st course of CMU are installed for the visitor, home and concession buildings. The pit wall for the pool equipment building is poured and waterproofed. The ground building footings are poured and underground plumbing rough in is installed.

Phase 1 Quad: The raised area in the quad has been poured and preparation for setting the shade structures is in progress. All utilities have been installed in this phase. The concrete for the sidewalk has started with the forming and rebar installation in progress.
 
Phase 2 Quad: Work is scheduled to start after school is out.
 
New Pool: The pool walls have been shotcrete, the pool gutter is formed and poured and the stairs are complete. The pool surge chamber is installed.
 
Existing Varsity Field: Next schedule work is scheduled after school is out when the field is no longer in use by the Baseball team.
 
Stadium/Site: All underground for the site electrical and plumbing is complete. The main entry wall is installed. The retaining walls for the practice softball field and the varsity softball field are complete. The new pump for waterline is installed. All underground for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing is installed that runs under the concrete building pad. The concrete pads for the Concession building, Home Building and grounds building were installed and the first course of block is installed. At the grounds building 3 lifts of block has been completed and door frames have been set. The Home stadium bleachers footings are installed and rebar has been set. The dugout steel for the field has been installed.
